Cell c signal services

Useless CELL C!!

No need to complain about service because with Cell C there is none!!!

It is with complete dismay that I post this complaint. Every attempt possible was made to report a formal complaint with Cell C customer services, and convince techinal department to assist with their non appropriate signal (drop in signal) when using your bowser in Krugerdorp North, Gauteng. All that we have received is lame excuses such as our phones are faulty or sim cards are faulty.

I like to ask Cell C, how can two Cell C users on the same premises sitting right next to each other with two different phones models and manufacturers, experience exactly the same problem!???? Secondly you dare to contact your client and inform them that a technician was send to the premises to test the signal ....."AND IT'S O*****!" Dear Cell C......how did you gain acces to our premises when you can only enter the premises with our permission or knowledge.......ghost walking? More so we get advised by your rude service consultants that if we have a Cell C browser problem that we should reboot our phones or ROAM on vodacom network. Why should we ROAM and use vodacom as a service provider when we are paying our hard earned money to CELL C, for a service that we are not receiving!???? Lasty there was a case logged with ref to case number "Dear Cell C customer, please receive feedback for case no. ********** 944" .......still awaiting???? Seems the techinal consultant that **** on the report being on our premises and testing the signal is working for the same customer services department with NO feedback, or is it a standard norm for CELL C to be unaccountable for bad browser signal, blaming customer equipment, and lying at the cost for service paid that is not rendered.

Disgusted.

Thank you for notifying us of the above.

We apologize for the poor network signal you have been experiencing. We have requested one of our consultants to liaise with our network team and advise on a way forward. Do expect communication.
