Cell c Sh*t Show

I am beyond fed up!!! i stopped my contract with cell c TWO YEARS ago, all was paid up....but CELL C decided to place my name on ITC. after speaking to them and "fixing" the problem, i was advised that this was an error on their side and that they would correct this. I have a reference number from their so called LEGAL department ***....two years later and NO PAID UP LETTER ?!!!!!!!

This morning i have been on the phone for nearly 3 hours trying to just speak to someone - when i finally got to the right department and explained my story...the lady on the other side decided that she was not in the mood for this sh*t show and just stayed silent and dropped the call!

how do you continue falsely listing people on ITC - do you get incentives for placing people on ITC??

This is exactly why people are leaving cell c!
