Cell C should make it possible to provide customer service over Whatsapp

Currently, please look a the previous review I wrote I have been cut of the network due to a payment recognition error on the Cell C customer portal link. Due to this error on Cell C's side my account has been blocked once again. If Cell C could include Whatsapp to provide customer service I believe this issue could have been resolved. There is a whatsapp link for new sales. But beware, once you become a Cell C customer you cant use Whatsapp anymore to communicate.
