Cell c should just close down

Cell C do not treat customers fairly thats why I want to move they did not tell me I will have problems with this network when I took the phone but I struggle to even call them and internet connectivity is non existant. Secondly when I wanted to cancel they are now trying to charge me much more than what was agreed to and cannot justify why this is the cost. I then get the called dropped on me by different people in the call centre all the time. I asked for the regulator and they advised me they dont know the regulator is and proceed to cut the call.<br> <br> I would like this contract to be cancelled with no charge to me as the customer. Alternatively I would like them to upgrade the contract to unlimited and include the LTE at no charge to me as this is what MTN and Vodacom give their clients so I am not prepared to pay for an upgrade just to have the same as another network.<br>
