Cell C should explain themselves to me!
Attempt 3: Friday 21st at 15:45

So got a call from head office and was told no need to talk to a manager and this will be sorted out. I went to Cell C again at the waterfront with more documents, which is rediculous for a month to month sim only deal for R319 a month.

We then battled to get this approved as credit controller felt that I was a bit a risk for R319 a month, but getting a mortgage application is about 30 minutes in total.

Interesting how people who set up Cell C contracts using ***** seem to get contracts faster than honest hard working customers. After a fustrating hour I had to go home and then come back as I thought the 3rd time would be quick considering I had already highlighted this as an issue to Cell C using hello peter.

Cell C waterfront texted me that contract was finally approved but informed that Facebook wasn't included in the package as free as I had an Iphone and not an android phone.

The Cell C helper at waterfront branch was excellent but the process is shocking. I was at Cell C waterfront from 15:45 till 19:15. (45 minute break)

Please explain to me how I am a risk considering Vodacom was willing for me to sign with limited paperwork.
