Cell C should be shut down

Cell C shout be shut down - once a month, despite Cell C taking almost R2000 from me, my cell phone goes down for a period of anything from one day to five days - unacceptable!!! Today is 1st June and guess what, my phone is down again. Can't make calls and can't receive calls..... why Cell C? Why every single month? This has been going on for long enough
