CELL C should be LIQUADATED

Its been a month now and still my LTE limited cap package is being throttled. For the last 2 years i have never had any issues with bad latency between 6pm and 10pm. As from the 1st of Oct my LTE is being throttled and now i have decided to escalate it straight to the OMBUDSMAN so i can cancel my contract penalty free and also , I am not paying for a service that i cant use. The problem with Cell C has become so bad that even my cellular network is being affected to the point tha i cant even send or receive whatsapp messages. Personally i think the more i fight with them(cell c) the more they tend to make my life a living hell with the **** poor service i am getting not only with the product but with customer lliason as well. I am now fed up with the sorry excuse of a telecommunications network they call Cell C(**** C). Even with an unrestricted APN i still have the same issues.
