cell c should be discredited and unlicenced

i made an arrangement for my arrears (2 months) but they went ahead and debited the full one month at a date of their own choice before the arrangement date. they went further and do a double debit on another day for the same 2 moths arrears even though the 1 month was fully paid and every few days or week they debit causing me several R130's of bank fees for returned debit orders despite my lower amount arrangement of 3 months to pay. they send a useless robot to answer my email and doing nothing about it ,i am gatvol with this company. they should allow me to cancel my contract and pay the balance of contract over a period but i hate being their customer with such an appulling service
