Cell C should be banned

I had an account with Cell C that was handed over I cleared my debt last year only to find that my credit record was deteriorating.I have been requesting for my payed up letter since all I get it back and forth between Cell C and their debt collectors.I believe Cell C should be banned and closed down because all they do is frustrate their customers with lack of professionalism and service.

I have been receiving your calls pertaining my case for this I do appreciate the effort but during these calls I'm getting information that I'm still owing Cell C but unfortunately for me no one can clarify how I'm owing money accumulated around March/April 2023 when the account should have been closed last year.I would appreciate you investigate regarding this so that next time someone contacts me I could be awarded the honour of understanding how?why???

I have sent several emails of my POP as requested by your costumer care center the last one on the 23th of August which was confirmed received.Hopefully the resolution is in progress because with the lack of communication since I'm growing doubtful as I watch my credit record go to ruins.

A year later I have finally received my payed up letter but as always your service provider just has to disappoint.I have personally checked with Experian twice only to find that Cell C has not sent them an update of my status thus my credit record is still affected.I have sent them documents proving we have parted ways they confirmed my record would be clear quicker if you 'service provider' send them the update.
Could you please ensure to get this done soon.
