CELL C Shop BAD SERVICE

Mall of the North CELL C had a big adverti*****t on their window selling headphones for R 129 on special. When we paid for it they charged us the original price of R 199. We showed them their add and demanded the special it was the exact same headset as on the add. They then first had to get hold of an area manager because according to their system it's R199. The manager Koena was very rude and told us he could not do anything for us until he got hold of their area manager. We showed him again that it's the exact same one as on the add but still no luck. We told him we are going to report their shop and he just had a don't care attitude. What happened to good customer service? Pathetic.
