CELL C SHOCKING SERVICES AS USUAL

Good Day I have done a CellC updgrade in Oct 2021. I was contacted and told the device that was offered IPHONE 12 is no longer availabe (but if you walk into the ISTORE you can find it) I was then upgraded again to an IPHONE 13 which i had to wait 2 weeks for. Up to today after numerous calls to both 084135 and 084145 of which both services hardly ever works i still have not received any feedback on whenmy device will be delivered. I am very unhappy with the service we are receiving at cell c currently and are considering very hard to move my contract. I receive reminders one a week that my upgrade is due but i have already done the upgrade. VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
