CELL C - SHOCKING SERVICE - REFUSE TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT

Cell C has been absolutely SHOCKING in their approach with the cancellation of my account. I cancelled my account through Glocell (Who has ceded to Cell C) on 29 March 2018. Subsequent to this Cell C has handed me over to their collections department, listed me on ITC and continue to take Debit Orders off my account. Don't try and get help from their Customer Service or Accounts department, because they can't and won't help you. This matter has still not been resolved. Shocking business practice. Never again will I have a Cell C account in my life.
