Cell C Shocking Service

Been struggling now for almost 7 weeks just to get my payment allocated after a wrong reference number was given to me. Send multiple emails to all emails given and 13 phone calls in total. Still no success. Received emails to say that my query has been resolved, but evetime I call back, it does not show on the system. Extremely frustrated.
