CELL C SHOCKING SERVICE

Poor service .My partner app**** for a contract for 2 Tablets which is currently running at R299 per month for 36 months she app**** for the 2 and was helped by Sbunthle whom advised my partner everything is approved and done over 36months and that she qualified for R650 PER MONTH and the devices will be with my partner in 2 to 3 days this was on Monday the 13th of December 2021 on Wednesday the 15th of December 2021 at 16h43 Sbunthle contacted me as my partner was driving and couldnt answer her phone and told my there has been a mistake this after she allready told my partner everything is done and the devices is being sent that she now only qualifies for the 24 months and over 24 months its 349 per contract which means R700 PER MONTH and she can then only get 1 because it is R50 more than R650 .This is shocking how can you tell a client everything is done and your devices on the way and then simply turn around and say no you can now only have 1 this is ******* .AND THEN WHEN YOU SAY YOU WANT TO SPEAK TO A TEAM LEADER THEN YOU CANT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
