Cell C Shocking service and promises that is no good.
I am complaing about Cell C for 4 months now. I am sending emails to the complaints board as well as customer care. I am also phoning but no one seems to understand what i am saying.Please can someone respond. I cancelled 4 of my contracts yesterday. Cell C service is poor .No respond to emails at all.All oof a sudden i am in the wrong here whereby Cell C made promises which is not true.

First of all an Agent contacted me in May 2022 to upgrade my phone ***.He then convinced me to take a data contract which i agreed to.This data contract seems to nbe on a second account which i was not aware off.I send numerous emails to ask for my debit order to be cancelled which was ignored on the so called second account.I aslo never knew about this second account because i pay via my statement received.Never received a statement for this account . I only got aware of this second account when Cell C started calling me to say i am in arrears.I email Cell C in July to ask if i am in arrears and received an email back to say my account is up to date.I also never received my watch which i was promised when upgrading my contract which i have on email where the agent said he will follow up on the watch.I cancelled 4 of my contracts and did not even get an aknowledement from ***.

11 Oct 2022, 19:25Cell C please employ people who are able to do their job. At last MManhisa could see what i am complaining about.Great job. I will definately cancel all my contract with Cell C. Very bad service . I am trying to get this sorted for 4 months now.

Still charging me banking fees for the debit order that Cell C Tried to put through my account.Statement doesn not make sense at all.Still debt collectors phoning me and my relatives.No correspondense to debt collectors. Still a second account after i repeatedly asked to only have one account. No mention about my promes watch.
