Cell C Shocking Service

In April 2018, i discovered that there was a ********** debit order deduction from my bank account. I logged an incident with Cell C, and submitted an Affidavit, certified ID Copy, and all requested documents. To date I have had no solid feedback from Cell C. Their creditors department keeps on phoning me for "outstanding" payment to them, they keep on deducting money from my bank account. They cant even provide me me the alleged contract i have taken out. All I get from them is that my query is still in the process of investigation There service is shocking!!
