Cell c shocking service

I have reported my handset ****** and needed an email for my insurance company, I called Cell C and logged many cases and not a call back has been received, when I called and asked a team leader for the customer complaints manager she said she doesn't know who that is, What pathetic service, absolutely shocking, even after logging a complaint via email still no call back
