Cell C Shocking network coverage

I have been lodging calls refrence nr each month or every other week cell c just dont have any Network.

Making a call is impossible "not register on network" or just silent in your ear.

If u speak to customer care they say its technical problem, technical said is customer cares problems. Its been going on for sevral months i dont know what to do anymore.

I actually went to get myself a telkom pre paid sim as my phone is dual so no i am buy pre paid to make call.

SO I AM PAYING MY CELL C CONTACT EVERY MONTH AND CAN NOT USE THE MINUTES
