Cell C Shocking Customer Care Line.

Multiple consultants (11:00am 24 November 2023) simply hang up the customer care call when asked for their details repeatedly in order to avoid any consequences for the WORSE customer care department I've dealt with in 25 years. I would never recommend Cell C & would advise anyone using their network to swap over to any other network who will actually attempt to assist!
