Cell C shocking customer care

To give them one star is generous I purchased Air Time and tried buying minutes through phone , it did not succeed unlike previously Called and three operstors directed me back to *147# which i had used , even told to off and on the phone No luck , absolutely brainless customer care Sent three emails over week with no response Really is this 21st century company
