Cell C shocker
It has been 8 days since I first contacted Cell C about our fibre line which is down. 7 phone calls later, and I still have not heard back from them despite multiple promises to have the issue sorted out. A classic call centre scenario where you never speak to the same person, and no one takes ownership. I would not recommend them.
