Cell C Shock

I have had the worst experience ever with Cell C. I moved abroad to the UK more than 14 months ago. I asked Cell C what the outstanding amount on my contract was to close my account. I paid the money in full last year December and I was told that the account has been closed. Eight months later they start deducting money again from my account! I spoke to one of Cell C’s senior officers to which he shockingly told me that I never closed the account. However they thought that I paid my account up front for 8 months? Who in his right mind would have a “contract” and then pay it up front? I told this person it is ***** and to my dismay they deducted money again this month! He promised that he will sort it out but as I thought nothing came from it besides another debit......
