Cell C Sharks, not only do they sponser them, they are also sharks.

Utterly pathetic service and misinformation. We signed up for a MONTH TO MONTH fiber line as we knew we might move in a few months. The sales person informed us that the instillation is FREE.

When the time came for us to move we asked if we can migrate the line to LTE line for a time period as the new place will only be fiber ready in 6 months. But Cell C can not accommodate this. Fair enough we thought, then we will have to cancel the deal. To our surprise all of a sudden the MONTH TO MONTH deal with FREE instillation had a cancellation fee of R 5 000.00. So, we cant migrate the line, we also cant cancel due to the high cancellation fee of our MONTH TO MONTH deal.

That left us with one more option, find someone who can take over the contract. Unfortunately for us this is also out of Cell C's capability.... Now we are stuck with two options, pay the ridiculous cancellation fee for our MONTH TO MONTH deal or keep the line that we will not be able to use and pay the installments... This is the first and last time I use Cell C and will not be recommending them to anyone I like.
