Cell C - shameful!

Such terrible customer service, 2 months after renewing a contract was sent a faulty phone, after following 3x to find out when I would be receiving a new hand set. Still waiting. Why are customers expecting to do the calling and following up. Aaaand every time you call you have to repeat your story 4 X because they keep transferring you. Not 1 helpful person has tried to honestly take responsibility and help. After being a Cell C customer for so many years I am now exploring alternative service provider!

No, you have closed all the stores in my area, a courier company collected it after I had to call twice to get it collected.
