Cell C = Shall see when they contact you regarding an Unauthorised Upgrade on my contract.

<p> Unauthorised Upgrade on my Cell C contract and fighting for nearly 3 weeks to have this rectified.</p> <p>I wanted to upgrade my sons phone (R139/m) but was told that it has already been upgraded to an Iphone 6 (R859/m).</p> <p>I never gave permission to this nor did my son. I have been spending hours and hours on the phone to sort this out without anyone from Cell C reporting back to me on sorting this mess out. I have to go through numerous security questions every time I phone them which is every day yet someone was able to upgrade on my contract. This phone was shipped to the ********* thanks to Cell C and all I get is a monthly instalment of R859 more that I have to pay. When is this going to be rectified? WHO IS GOING TO PAY MY AIRTIME AND TIME SPEND DURING OFFICE HOURS BECAUSE OF YOUR MISTAKE AND INCOMPETANCE TO RECTIFY THIS.</p> <p> </p>
