Cell C settlement letter

I had a contract with Cell C in 2017 and it ended in 2019 and I was on month to month until I decided to cancel it I contacted Cell C to cancel it and it was confirmed that the contract is canceled but after they still continue to debit my account until I decided to reverse the debit orders after few months reversing them they stopped but they put my name on ITC affecting my score. I contacted them again in May 2021 they said I am owing them money I decided to pay the money on the 21 May and requested a paid up letter, they said they will send my proof of payment to their accounts department to allocate the payment and send me the letter even today I am still waiting for that letter every day I sent the reminder but they keep on saying we will send it to you, came 25 May debit order starts again same velue Cell C are ******** people I have never experience such ***********

I am still waiting for that settlement letter we are in June already.
