Cell C Settlement letter

My experience with cell c is beyond reprehensive, At the conclusion of my contract with them I ask them for the settlement letter and at the several stores they keep providing me with telephone number and tell me I must call the number to ask for the settlement letter. Till today I am still waiting and hoping to get the settlement letter from customers care/service but all the agent will tell you different story and who should sent the letter.
