Cell C SERVICES SUCK

Cell C HAS DONE IT AGAIN, only worse this time around. I wrote a review on the 28 of January 2020 regarding their poor services but that didn't move them. I just got a message that says they took back my phone to the cell c store "unrepaired" reason being I never communicated with them ever since I took my phone to their office and as a result there was nothing that was done on the phone. Mind you I have already paid the access fee, communicated with their customer services department on a daily basis and couldn't help me with anything
