Cell c services is pathetic, seems like they only want new customers instead if assisting current loyal customers

Pat5hetix service received from cell c. Each time we are contacted we are given a different story. We pay cell c on a monthly basis , yet to do a simple upgrade they are giving us terrible services. Whilst they sending us messages regarding early payment for festive period, they dont bother to assist with upgrades. Lousy and Pathetic, my husband is with cell c for 14 years and this year has been the worst service received, in may we had issues renewing one of 2 contracts , now from End of Novemeber we are getting the run around from cell C. If this account was being defaulted then I can understand as to why we are going around in circles, however this account is update to date with Cell C , monthly debit orders. But no our money is not good enough.
