Cell c service sucks

On the 9 December 2020 I spoke to Nomagugu at cell c call centre. My call was to ensure that contract is cancelled and doesn’t run on month to month. Nomagugu advice was “ you must call us on the 9 Jan 2021 for the cancellation to be done for the 9 Feb 2021” when I call on the 9 Jan 2020, I am told retentions department is not working and as I complain about the advice the agent hang up on me. Later I phone again and spoke to Tiisetso Phiri . Tiisetso advice that he can’t help with cancellation or capture the notes so that on Monday retentions can see the notes about my intention to cancel on 09 Feb 2021. . I find it strange that cell c have sales department , client service department working on weekends but not cancellation department. They use the same technique used by cheap towing companies. They can tow your vehicle to their place but they can’t release it on weekends and they charge more to release your car. Cell c is not a good service provider since I started with this contract i have been frustrated with cell c. They change packages as and when they want, they increase their installment on a contract package, they introduce black and discountinue as and when they feel like doing so
