Cell c service sucks and they debit my account

Kindly assist I bought a laptop Mecer for my daughter and it worked only for 2 weeks. I sent multiple emails to cell c for them to collect the laptop for repairs. No one is calling me it's almost 3 weeks now. Bare in mind the laptop is on contract.
