Cell C service sucks

For 5 days now I have been struggling to do a simswap mainly cause I don't remember the exact date I recharged my account. For over 5years I have been using cellc service provider but when it comes to getting service it's difficult for them to help us, even worse you can't get help to do a simswap when a cellc store doesn't have simcard stock. It is so unfair to us to get such service.
