Cell C Service SUCKS!!!

I am really dissatisfied with Cell C service, my cellphone was collected a week and half ago and i have not been contacted by cell c to say that they have received my phone or even ask me what the issue is.<br> This is pathetic service and i will never advise people that i know to come onto Cell C because the service is pathetic and i cannot believe the lack of customer service, i wish that your'll could be more helpful like Vodacom and MTN because they know how to service their customers.
