Cell C service sucks

I was eligible for a upgrade on my contract the 20 Nov 2014. Was on Holiday at the time and went to the following Cell C shops . Pavillion , Shelly Centre , Westgate , Keywest , Clearwater , Cradlestone, Cresta , Northgate , Sandton . AND GUESS WHAT - All of them had the same answer \sorry sir"we don't have the Note 4 in stock yet . After the stores did receive stock they all informed me that I CONNOT upgrade/downgrade my current contract. I was fed up and on 2 Feb 2015 called cancellations department to cancel contract. The consultant was very surprized as I was in fact eligible for upgrade. TO LATE I got contract from Vodacom in stead. She however offered me a standard pay as you go data bundle of 2GB p/m and for all my trouble and head ache she will give me an extra 300mb for 2 months at no extra charge. After two months I am still paying for my original contract as confirmed today by Tumi and I cant sort this out today because the upgrade/cancelation departments don't work holidays or week ends. <br> <br> The Power is definitely not in my hands <br> <br> """
