Cell C Service - Putrid

Cell C is the pits, when it comes to cancelling your 24 month contract. You can't get assistance from the local store as a walk in. They insist on calling the Call Center. Once you do so, and you want to follow up on the progress, you hsve to speak to someone new hence it being a call center. Upon follow up, the scenario gets changed and you have to explain again and again to different people. They advised to pay, out of contract R645, immediate payment on 19 Oct, with a minimum payment of approximately R300 on Nov debit date, only to get a shock that another R645 was deducted for Nov debit order, despite me paying R645 immediate payment on 19 Oct. I will NEVER EVER advise anyone to make use of Cell C!! Neither wil I ever support them again, not to mention, upon relocation from Natal to North West.... NO RECEPTION for the last 14 months, despite paying for services every month. What a waste of money, especially in our current economic climate. Bad, bad, bad service!!!!!
