CELL C SERVICE = PATHETIC!!!

What a waste of time and not a good way to start my day.

I lost my sim card, phoned customer care to do a swop BUT after 3 attempts still nothing. They ask ridiculous questions.I spent the whole morning going through my backup to check my last numbers I phoned,I was on my online account while speaking to them to check my last recharges, so Im 100% POSITIVE that I provided the correct answers,but still its rejected.Maybe think about asking questions that makes more sense!!!Why am I having difficulty accessing MY OWN ACCOUNT????
