Cell C Service pathetic

<p>Signed up for new contract on the condition that I keep my old number. I received the new phone and contract but my number change have not been actioned. After several calls nothing has been actioned. No one at cell c calls back when they say they will and they waste my time telling me to go to the nearest cell c shop. And all they tell me at the shop is that the online support at cell c is non existent. How do I proceed on canceling this agreement. This contract is useless if I cannot keep my old number which obviously they cannot seem to arrange. </p>
