Cell C - Service non Existent.

Contacted Cell C regarding an upgrade that I did not do. Requested that they provide me with the recording and assist with resolving this issue. Logged a query on 08/04/2022 (***) and again 16/05/2022 (***). Had numerous calls to their call Centre in between. No one is able to provide me with an answer, the recording or able to resolve the issue. Been sent from pillar to post.
