Cell C Service is trash

Come on guys 24 phone calls 19 emails 6 months 4 hellopeter messages and call backs still in the same boat ? I’d love to work for cell c get paid to sit and do nothing all day and ignore customers ?

To cancel my insurance which still hasn’t been cancelled *** ? I call they tell me to email I email they respond and tell me to call I have all the documents needed !
