Cell C Service is the worst!!!!!!

I am really getting very frustrated and am ready to terminate all dealings with Cell C. Every now and then I keep getting these sms and now I got a call from norman attorneys for an outstanding account. When will it stop???? When I got the sms below I called celll c and the lady confirmed that I only have the 1 active account that is up to date and I should ignore the sms, so why am I still continuously being harassed like this. Every year I go through this I get sent from department to department then get confirmation that I don't have any other accounts then this pops up again!!! I was told by the agent to ignore the sms but now I am being called by a different collection entity. I am in the process of buying a house and have to deal with this again!! Please can Cell C do something. 23 Jan I was told notice will be sent to ITC to update and account that was paid up in 2018 but still shows arrears of R53, & the legal department will contact me within 2days, STILL no contact. and this still shows on ITC

I had a Glocell account that ended years ago & was paid in full and Apparently it was sold to Cell C, Now Cell C has no record of it and Glocell is closed and this account is showing as in arrears on ITC I dont know where to go to have this removed. I am getting extremely frustrated & it seem Cell C only helps when you post on this platform.
