CELL C SERVICE IS SHOCKING!!!

<p>I have had many bad experiences with cell c but this definately is the worst. i have been trying to get a hold of your legal department since yesterday but it seems impossible, whenever i call, i am transferred to the legal department but im being placed on hold for over 40minutes...seriously this is ridiculous. it has happened more than 5 times and i cannot keep calling and being placed on hold . ALL i want to do is make arrangements to pay an overdue account!!! please can someone from the LEGAL DEPARTMENT call me.</p> <p>my contact number is ********** . Im tired of debits going off my account for amounts that i am unaware off. I need an explanation and i refuse to pay until i know what is going on.</p>
