Cell C service is ridiculous

Cell C service is ridiculous They have stopped my number without my knowledge. I cant receive calls anymore. "It says My number it doent exist" I have contacted Cell c on the 19 of March to make payment arrangement yet to findout one month and 2 weeks later to be axect, no one attended to that. Again I called them on the 4th of May to follow up. They said I must send an email which I did. They said the turn around time is 24 to 48 hrs! It has been 5 days the matter has not been resolved. I still cant receive calls. I called again this morning. The excuse I got was they are still waiting for my ID number which I did send to them.

Since March 2021 Cell c is battling to resolve the matter. I am a consumer and I feel the consumer’s act protects against such abuse by Cell c
