Cell c service is ridiculous
I had never thought that one day cellc would give me the treatment I have received this past two months after years of commitment and I have never missed my cellphone contract payments
I app**** for a payment relief reason being my salary has reduced. I APP**** FOR THIS two months back they keep sending me emails that I should send documents I sent documents 5 times, HOW RIDICULOUS IS THIS? this is really strainous for me because I kept sending follow up emails but no response
I am really disappointed in cell c and can't wait for my cell phone contracts to elapse and I would never use cell c again I will switch to another next work
