Cell C service is Pathetic still no feedback. Legal Dept not responding
CELL C LEGAL DEPT NO FEEDBACK 1 MONTH!!!!
I had a Cell C contract that was closed last year June 2018. The account still appears on my ITC has . i have contacted the Cell C Legal Dept on numerous occassions just to be told that the department is on strike and there is no one to assist me. This is pathetic, a huge company like Cell C does not have a plan in place to cater for its customer in a crisis. i need this account removed from my ITC listing asap!!!
