Cell C service is nonsense

We have had terrible network coverage in DawnPark Boksburg for past 3days and trying to find out the problem is fruitless and the problem is not fixed. Their call center agent are as useless as the g in lasgna. Businesses using cellc can't operate all they say is go to phone settings??really we are a team of 8 all using cell c on different phones and we all have no network coverage you say phones??? How is it phones problems? Its your network towers in Dawnpark..fix them or just tell us you are *********** and we move to better network providers cause your slacking affects our busunesses! And you customer care agents need a review cause they are useless! Cell C fix our network and stop blaming our phones!
