CELL C SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ONLY KNOW TO TAKE BUT CAN NEVER DELIVER.
Cell C customer service is hopeless. This issue has been going on for months and after being wrongly charged for a contract I cancelled I had to pay the outstanding amount so my name does not get effected due to incompetence from the staff. I then sent through proof of payment to cell c and through to their credit department and after requesting a paid up letter for months now but nothing has been done nor have I received anything communication from anyone at cell c. I've received numerous case numbers but not one of them have been resolved.
No one from Cell C has had the decency to contact me regarding this issue but they are very fast to call and offer contracts. I will never recommend Cell C to anyone nor do I encourage anyone to go with Cell C as they are only good at taking money but can not provide a decent service.
I know Cell C will reply and say to provide my details for them to assist but thats just an attempt to take away the horrible service they provide, and in light of that the number in question is ***
I've contacted all departments that I was told to contact with no assistance. The departments was quick to call me when the amount was outstanding but they can not assist. Instead of telling me to contact them get an agent to contact me as this is frustrating and soon legal action will be taken.
