Cell c service is horrible

17 days waiting for a email of my paid up letter. I feel like im get ****med again by Cell C. I dont recommend anyone to take cell c products at all guys. All my complaints have been about Cell C and they don't seem to want to give me my paid up letter. I have a feeling they going to come up witb a **** that will require me to pay even after i have settled and close all contracts with cell c thats why they taking 17 day to email my paid up letter.
