Cell C service is disheartening

Cell C's services is really disheartening. I used to love being part of the CELL C family but now I want out. A few weeks ago I called the call centre asking that they change how I top up airtime or data when I run out.. To my surprise I get loaded data that I didnt ask for and I have to pay more than R200 for that data every month. And when I try to call their cancelation department, I spend more than 20minutes waiting for someone to respond. I have been a loyal partner and paid my contract without any hiccups but Cell C is proving to be the worst ever. Cell C I want to cancel what was enforced on my contract. Please I dont have money to be paying for data I dont want.
