Cell C service is a joke

There is so much wrong with the service Cell C, it is hard to know where to begin. I tried to call them for a few queries on my account and contracts, and it took me an entire morning to get everything resolved because there is just no ownership.<br> <br> - If you call the call centre, every consultant can deal with only one request. So for every query you have, you need to be put through from one person to the next.<br> - They do not answer e-mails<br> - Holding times (every time you get put through) is between 8 and 12 minutes<br> - If you get cut off, they do not phone you back. You start with the transfer process again. If they say they will call you back, chances are, they won't<br> - Did you know, if your contract expires, they do not call you to discuss the renewal. they just immediately put you on a ridiculously expensive contract (because your discount has expired) and hope you do not notice<br> I would never recommend Cell C to anybody.
