Cell C service is a disgrace

i called cell C more than once to do a sim swop for my contract sim card that im paying R847 pm and im told i failed security question, it is so frustrating because now im paying for a router and sim that is not working but every month R847 will be deducted from m account. im now told that i will pay R50 for sim swop and i bought the sim card
